During the process the candidates write various tests i.e. aptitude and English proficiency. Our scanning process is diligent focusing on former experience re client requirements and personal circumstances. Our main aim providing security staff is to secure our clients property assisting in mitigating the client’s physical risks. As part of our honesty maintenance plan we conduct pre-employment and random polygraph tests. Our staff management solution entails incorporating technology with physical site visits. We have a control room manned on a 24/7 365 basis by highly trained staff. To ensure effective management of our staff deployed we install a CCTV camera/s in the client’s guardhouse/s linked to our control room that is virtually monitored.
In addition we utilise a “live” tracking unit specifically programed for each client’s requirements. These units allow our management staff to track the user anywhere on site at any time. We encourage our staff to empower themselves through continuous training therefore our offsite SASETA training program.
During deployment staff members KPI’s are evaluated and leaders identified throughout this process and promoted accordingly. We also encourage bonuses that are paid regularly for outstanding work.
